I feels like a life time ago when I wrote my first Reasons to be cheerful blog post. Back then it was struggling to find a reason but I did. So that effort of actively looking for the brighter side of life allowed me to embrace the joys and blessings in my life. Week after week, year after year until I was truly happy and not struggling or faking it any more. Somehow fell of the radar of the Reasons To be Cheerful blog hop. I’m not sure why, but I thought it had been discontinued. Thankfully, I spotted a post from Jo last week and now here I am back in the fold. I am happy share with you what makes me cheerful and get to know you a bit better.
I am very cheerful, indeed joyous:
- Valentina has begun attending nursery five mornings per week and loving it . While Angelo is now in Reception and progressing well
- In spite of the cold bleak weather I’ve learnt to enjoy days out with my family on short nature walks. It give the kids a chance to scoot about while hubby and I stroll and chat. We look at our kids ahead of us in amazement how the time has flown by and how close they are to each other.
- I joined the gym summer 2015 and by Christmas I’d lost 1 stone. I feel healthier, happier and sexier than I have in years.
- I’m learning to be more organized with the family meals, planning what to cook, what to shop for etc.
Well that’s me for the moment. How about you? What makes you cheerful? I’d love to hear from you
