I don’t know about you but it’s a challenge to get my kids to clean up after themselves. It easy to drag out all the toys and it’s easy to make a mess but oh you should see the tears when it’s time to clean. The cute puppy dog eyes the wobbly lip. I always have to find creative ways to get them to do certain things. Enter Henry, the Casdon Deluxe Cleaning Trolley. Henry has everything a little helper with need to tidy up, or simply have role play fun.
We trialled the red Casdon Henry Deluxe Cleaning Trolley and both kids had fun with it. Although it was stated on the packaging, I was amazed how much the toy was like the real thing! The trolley is suitable for ages 3+ and contains: folding cleaning trolley, Henry branded mop & bucket, battery operated hand vacuum (batteries not included), brushes, duster and imitation bottles. It’s a durable product which is ideal for the target age. Once assembled its HWD: 59 x 30.5 x 29 cm. Now you might say, the kids could use ‘the real thing’ but that takes the fun out of it. There are multiple parts and accessories which help little ones develop problem solving and motor skills. The moving trolley will encourage mobility and a sense of independent play. Additionally having items that are kiddie sized is more empowering for little ones because they have more control when using them. It’s a bonus that Henry is so cute.
Angelo and Valentina enjoyed using the Henry Deluxe Cleaning Trolley for role play and actual chores. Before our trip to Isle of Wight, Hubby was doing a big clean of the car and Angelo was able to join in using his Henry hand vacuum. He was so proud of himself. His smile got even bigger when his dad gave a pocket money for his sterling job. Valentina likes the dust pan a brush. Bless her for the two she’s still getting used to limbs and has regular spills.
Casdon Henry Deluxe Cleaning Trolley is available at Debenhams and eBay and RRP £30.00. There is also a pink Hetty Deluxe Cleaning Trolley with the same components at the same price.
